Orders placed after 1 pm EST/10 am PST will begin processing on the following business day. Orders are shipped same day or next day (business days only). Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

All packages are shipped via UPS. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping location. Taxes, Duties or Brokerage fees will not be included in this cost and will be additional based on the receiving Countries regulations. By completing this order the customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all taxes, duties, brokerage fees, Customs fees or similar charges (including V.A.T).
If your order is delivered with shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery, please contact UPS immediately at UPS.com.
You can check the status of your order by signing into “my account” on frankandeileen.com. After you have made a purchase you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order information and UPS tracking number. You cannot check the status of your order unless you have an account.
