RETURNS

If you are not madly in love with your purchase, Frank & Eileen will help. 

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days (from shipment date) for a refund. All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, frankandeileen.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Frank & Eileen is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Return Policy for Travel Sets: Travel sets must be returned with both pieces together. These garments are hand-dyed in small batches and cut from the same fabric production to ensure there aren’t any color variations. For this reason, we require both the top and bottom pieces be returned together. 

Did you order using a promo code? If you are returning your order in its entirety, you will be credited the actual dollar amount charged to the credit card, not including any promotional value. In the event of a partial return, the discount amount will be split among the items ordered and credited accordingly.

Kindly note that we only accept returns that were purchased on frankandeileen.com.

Please ship all returns within 10 days of creating your label. The prepaid USPS label will be canceled after 15 days. 

Please note that the cost of shipping, $8 for domestic orders and between $14 and $20 internationally, will be deducted from your refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items marked final sale cannot be returned at any time.

REFUNDS

Please note that refunds can take up to 12 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s). Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. 

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
