RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your Frank & Eileen, please return it to us within 30 days (from ship date) for a refund. Follow the return instructions inside your original packaging and use the pre-paid UPS return label inside the box to easily return your garments. You are welcome to ship your package with a carrier of your choice at your own expense. Items must be in the original condition (not worn, washed or altered in any way). Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. Upon receipt of returned goods, frankandeileen.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Did you order using a promo code? If you are returning your order in its entirety, you will be credited the actual dollar amount charged to the credit card not including any promotional value. In the event of a partial return, the discount amount will be split among the items ordered and credited accordingly.

Kindly note that we only accept returns that were purchased on frankandeileen.com.

All items marked final sale cannot be returned at any time. Thanks for understanding!

REFUNDS

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please account for time in transit and weekends when estimating when your return will appear as processed online. Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Frank & Eileen is not responsible for returns that are not received.

EXCHANGES

At this time, frankandeileen.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on frankandeileen.com.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels for our international customers. Please fill in your order information on reverse side and include in your return shipment. Please send back your return using your own shipping method. Be sure to include your contact information. Frank & Eileen is not responsible for returns that are not received.
