The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking a Sr. Designer that can contribute to our fast-paced creative environment, working on a variety of products, including marketing, social media, print, banner ads, advertising, websites, packaging, and displays. The Sr. Designer will work under the supervision of our Head of Creative. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for visual detail and passion for fashion. Your role will be to create impactful campaigns that capture and sell Frank & Eileen’s vision and product alongside an innovative and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Creative to provide design solutions to the highest possible standards within the marketing and branding strategy of Frank & Eileen

• Help lead projects from start to completion by coordinating with the Marketing team, internal departments or outside agencies, art services, printers, etc., requesting necessary cross-departmental approvals and delivering final assets while working to a deadline and budget

• Concept, develop and build a wide variety of creative assets to support product, marketing, and wholesale objectivesOversee high quality packaging mock-ups

• Develop and design materials for wholesale and international retail teams as needed

• Keep up with and understand market trends to develop appropriate branding for both product and packaging

• Assist with UI / UX of e-commerce website and ensure optimization for usability and layout on desktop and mobile interfaces

• Design and deliver short form and long form mailers throughout the yearAssist with email, SMS, and digital marketing designs as neededLead team of four Graphic Designers and Copywriters

The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a Site Marketing Manager that will be responsible for website marketing including strategy, execution, and reporting of seasonal and branded marketing content. You will develop and execute web marketing content that supports Frank & Eileen’s marketing and merchandising strategies with the goal of driving customer acquisition, retention/loyalty, engagement and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
• Partner with our ecommerce manager, merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to develop the content roadmap for each season for the homepage, collection pages, and other content/story telling pages on the website.
• Effectively write and kick off marketing briefs that balance the user behavior of the online customer and UX best practices with overall marketing/merchandising objectives.
• Successfully integrate social media, brand initiatives/values, and key event content into the web content
marketing strategy.
• Create strategy for, manage development, and execute on a content/blog section of the website.
• Knowledgeable about SEO and Core Web Vitals best practices and utilize them when developing and executing any marketing content on the website.
• Create and maintain site marketing calendar
• Manage marketing analysis and hindsighting of key marketing content by pulling data from analytics tool, analyzing metrics and trends, making recommendations based on the data, and sharing with the team.

Frank & Eileen is looking for a high performance, energetic sales assistant with sleeves already rolled-up, ready to support our global wholesale business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial sales environment and exemplifies a professional and disciplined work ethic. The role is an in-office role based in our Los Angeles showroom supporting our Head of Global Wholesale. 

Position:

Sample Management 

• Maintain and organize sample sets and core archives 

• Plan and prep for arrival of new sample collections 

• Check and account for complete sample collections every season 

• Prep, hang and steam all new sample collections 

• Oversee sample requests from wholesale clients 

• Ensure sample supplies, such as hangers and steamers, are in stock and in working order

Sales Order Assistance 

• Sales order support for revisions pertaining to price, style number and color 

• Assist clients with re-orders as needed 

• Assist clients with returns as needed 

• Occasionally support sales team with general customer requests regarding order copies, pricing and style descriptions 

Customer Service 

• Greet and provide a positive experience to all clients inside and outside of markets 

• Lead phone operator for all incoming calls general or wholesale related

Product Knowledge Packets and Marketing Asset Management 

• Manage account product knowledge packets and marketing needs. 

• Work with the marketing team to provide look books, brand bio, and marketing assets to accounts.

• Manage creation of seasonal product knowledge packets for accounts to share with in-store sales associates

• Create weekly email campaigns based on best sellers

Digital Linesheet Maintenance and Management 

• Responsible for building seasonal linesheets and immediate linesheets 

• Work with creative and photo teams on all flat shots 

• Load and refresh flat shots 

• Refresh home and hero images on JOOR site weekly and monthly 

Showroom Maintenance and Market Preparation 

• Ensure that showing spaces are always visually merchandized

• Ensure that all supply closets and areas are visually organized, stocked and clean 

• Manage all fresh floral orders and set up

• Responsible for all grocery orders, food supplies and water delivery 

• Ensure general needs of the showroom are always in order including paper goods for kitchen and bathrooms 

• Shipping supplies organized and maintained 

• Always maintain a professional appearance that reflects the brands image

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail or wholesale sales 

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• Strong Excel skills (knowledge of advanced formulas is a plus)

• Proficiency with Google Docs 

• Proficiency with Full Circle ERP Software is a plus, but not required  

• Proficiency with JOOR is a plus, but not required 

• Proficiency with FIGMA is a plus, but not required 

• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and travel 

• Eligibility to work in U.S. required
