Cotton
Signature Crinkle
No ironing, pressing, or dry cleaning! Our game-changing crinkle wash is what first put our signature button-ups on the map. We begin with our world-class Italian fabrics, and then crinkle-by-hand, each one becoming one-of-a kind. And speaking of maps, this suitcase-friendly crinkle is the ultimate travel companion.
INSIDER TIP: We make the ONLY Italian crinkled-by-hand button-up in the world! Travel tip: When packing, just ball up all your crinkle button-ups and place them in your suitcase - when you arrive, you are ready to go!

Superluxe
The name says it all. More luxurious than any other fabric in our collection, Superluxe sustainably produced cotton comes straight from our storied Italian mill, and the quality is out of this world. Superluxe is cool-to-the-touch, with a luminous appearance and a full-bodied hand, for the perfectly structured button-up. Once you feel this incredibly luxe fabric, wearing anything else against your skin is near impossible.
INSIDER TIP: Despite the incredible luxury, Superluxe is still machine washable (you’re welcome). We normally love keeping our fabrics tumbled and wrinkly, but for Superluxe we suggest a quick press to bring out the full brilliance and luster of the fabric.

Superfine
Made with the finest single-fold thread ever spun, the essence of Superfine begins with the choice of raw material: only Giza 87. This exquisite Egyptian cotton is controlled with the maximum attention directly in the cotton fields. This allows Superfine to have a crisp, yet silky hand, light as a feather, with beauty that increases with each wash.
INSIDER TIP: We normally love keeping our fabrics tumbled and wrinkly, but for Superfine we suggest being pressed, to bring out the full brilliance and luster of the fabric.

Italian Performance Twill
Light as a feather, this incredible, easy-to-move-in Italian twill is stonewashed to perfection, pre-washed and and pre-shrunk. Taking colors beautifully, this heavenly fabric is intentionally lightweight for a lived-in, “I can’t believe I’m this comfortable” feel.
INSIDER TIP: No one can stop at just one. Once you experience wearing our Italian Performance Twill, you will find yourself looking for new colors and new styles launching. Consider yourself warned!

Flannel
Our plush, OEKO-TEX® certified flannel fabric is woven in Italy from specially spun yarns that trap air for extra-insulated coziness. 100% off this toasty fabric is fully traceable from seed to finish and free from harmful chemicals.

Featherweight
True to its name, this Featherweight Italian cotton—found in our seasonal collections of color-happy button-ups—is light as a feather, and feels practically weightless with an incredibly smooth hand. Made with very fine yarns, we like to say it’s as smooth as Irish butter!
INSIDER TIP: In the collection since the early years, Featherweight Color is offered in Barry, Eileen and Mary with a color rollout for each major season (Spring & Fall), making it easy to build a collection of colors! Perfect for all weather, it can be worn alone, tied at the waist with a dress, or layered under a sweater for the ultimate-butter-soft layering piece.

Casual Cotton
The essence of Casual Cotton begins with the choice of raw material: Giza 45. This exquisite Egyptian cotton is extremely rare, has an extra-long staple, exceptional fineness and excellent strength. With a texture reminiscent of linen, but with the breathability of cotton, our Italian Casual Cotton has a beauty that increases with each wash.

Organic Voile
This fabulous tissue-thin organic cotton feels like a soft whisper against the skin. Made sustainably with our partners on the tropical island of Mauritius, we love Organic Voile for its squint-and-you-might-see-it hint of sheerness.
INSIDER TIP: Choose nude or blush seamless undergarments to be able to wear the lightest colors of Organic Voile!
