When do I need to order in time for the holidays?

To arrive in time under your tree:

12/11 - Last day for UPS Ground + International Orders
12/17 - Last day for UPS 3 Day
12/18 - Last day for UPS 2 Day
12/19 - Last day for UPS Next Day

What's the holiday return policy?

All holiday orders placed between now and 12/24, are eligible for return within 30 days of Christmas.

What does shipping cost?

In honor of our 10 year anniversary, we are excited to extend free UPS Ground Shipping on all US orders. 

For International orders -- we proudly ship using UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping.

To estimate shipping costs, we recommend entering your shipping destination at checkout.

Return Policy

How do I return my Frank & Eileen Order?

To create a return label: https://frankandeileen.returnly.com/

Please return them to us within 30 days (from ship date) for a refund. All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. 

The cost of return shipping, $8, will be deducted from your refund.                


Kindly note that we only accept returns that were purchased on frankandeileen.com.

How do I make a International return?

If you're outside of the US, please ship your Frank & Eileen back to the address below using your preferred shipping service.

How do I make an exchange?

To start an exchange: https://frankandeileen.returnly.com/

Simply select 'too small' or 'too large' as your return reason on https://frankandeileen.returnly.com/. You will be prompted to pick your preferred size. 

Currently, we're only able to accept exchanges for different sizes in the same style originally ordered.

Please note that when returning an exchange item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method up to 60 days after your original purchase. Any exchanges that are returned after this window, will be refunded to a gift card as store credit. 

How can I return a gift?

Did you receive a gift that's not quite your cup of tea? Click the 'Returning a gift?' link below the 'Start a Return' button to initiate your gift exchange. The original gift-giver will never know, unless, of course, you tell them!

How long until I get my refund?

It can take up to 10 days from receiving your return at our warehouse, to process your return and send your refund. Once your refund is sent, we'll update you via email.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned at any time. We try to be as transparent as possible about this, by updating all product pages and the footer of every email + collection banner. Thank you for understanding.

Ordering & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Orders are shipped same day or next day (business days only). 

Orders placed after 1 pm EST/10 am PST will begin processing on the following business day.           

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.         

Can I cancel or edit my order after I have placed it?

Our goal is to always ship your orders as quickly as possible. We're unable to adjust or cancel once the order is placed.

Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

All packages are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in sunny California. 

Any packages shipped within California will arrive within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground.  Delivery to East Coast addresses typically takes up to 5 business days via UPS Ground.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we are proud to ship internationally with UPS.

My tracking number isn't working!

After you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification email.  This will include your UPS tracking number.

Please keep in mind that UPS can take up to 24 hours to populate tracking information.

Payment & Gifts

Where do I enter a gift code at checkout?

You can enter your special gift code in the upper right corner of the checkout page. 

On a mobile phone, click the dropdown menu titled "Show Order Summary" to enter your code.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

You can use PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. 

At this time, we are only able to process one payment method per order.

Where can I find your size guide?

Every product page has a size chart and size guide based on your height and weight measurements. 

Please note every style is designed with a specific fit. You should be the same size in all styles. 

Did the fabric names change?

You may have noticed, we've updated our fabric names to better describe the fabrics you love. Here's a quick conversion guide!

Key: Original = New Name
Classic Poplin = Signature Crinkle (for lasses only)
Super Fine Poplin = Superfine
Light Poplin = Featherweight Color
Cotton Voile = Tissue Color
Chambray = Casual Cotton
Indigo Denim = Famous Denim
Linen = Washed Linen
Italian Modal = Fluid
Brushed Twill = Brushed Cotton
Lightweight Flannel = California Flannel
Flannel = Polar Flannel
Moleskin = Flannel Color

How do I wash my Frank & Eileen?

Wash in warm water on a medium cycle, using your preferred mild detergent.  No bleach, ever.

For all cottons, you can tumble dry on low and then remove promptly once complete.  For the linens, its best to line dry them.

Where can I find Frank & Eileen in stores?

Our wovens are available nationwide at Neiman Marcus. Our knits are available at Nordstrom. We can also be found in specialty boutiques around the globe. Please reach out to our team at customercare@frankandeileen.com for the store closest near you!

What are the Frank & Eileen Lasses fits?

Our Barry is our most fitted silhouette with a tailored classic look.  If in doubt, we recommend sizing up!

Our Eileen is our most relaxed fit with more room through the chest and hips, as well as a high/low hemline that covers your bum a touch in the back.  You can stay true to size for a relaxed look.

Our Frank is our tailored crisp fit that is right in-between our Barry and Eileen. This has the tailored clean look with the length to cover your bum.

Our Joedy is over-sized, yet perfectly crisp and structured.  Long enough to cover your bum, Joedy is designed to be worn over leggings or just as easily tucked into trousers.  

What are the Frank & Eileen Lads fits?

All of our men's silhouettes have the same classic fit.  They aren't as billowy as a typical American men's shirt, nor as fitted as a European shirt.  The only differences are the details of the shirt construction. 

The Paul has no chest pocket, while the Luke has one chest pocket.  The Colin just has short sleeves!  All 3 styles do not have a button down collar.

The Don and the Finbar both do have a button down collar.  The only difference is the Don has a chest pocket, while the Finbar does not.

What's the difference between the fabrics?

All fabrics are woven in Italy with the finest Italian Fabrics and imported to California, where our long-time manufacturing partners produce all styles.

Can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

For emailed stock notifications, simply click into the desired item and select the size wanted. The message will change to "Notify me when available."  Click here and enter your email address to be notified. 

Keep in mind, many of our styles are Limited Edition and are not restocked.

How often are items restocked?

All core items are restocked consistently, however our seasonal fabrications and washes are truly Limited Edition.

Why the name Frank & Eileen?

Frank & Eileen is named after the founder, Audrey McLoghlin's grandparents. They were married in 1947 in Co. Wicklow, Ireland and their epic story of love runs deep throughout the brand.

What is Tee Lab?

Tee Lab is our premium knits, designed as a counterpart to our luxurious women’s wovens. These knit styles are the perfect pairing to mix back to your beloved Frank & Eileen woven shirting. 

How we have our tea in the office?

In true Irish fashion, we like to enjoy a nice cup of tea in the office! Below is the recipe to make the perfect cup of tea.
1. Find your favorite mug and 1 tea bag of your favorite black tea (we love PG Tips!).
2. Bring fresh water to boil and immediately pour over your tea bag.
3. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. The tea should be a dark rich brown.
4. Remove the tea bag. 
5. Add milk to your liking, sip and enjoy Frank & Eileen style.
