Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

Pro Tip: Keep your favorite undergarment on while you measure to get the most accurate number.

NATURAL WAIST

Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

Pro Tip: Measuring with shoes on lets you see the full picture and ensures your pants fall exactly where you want them.

"I have a couple of Frank and Eileen shirts and I am a medium. The shirt is darling. It was only available in a large so I figured I’d go for the sort of larger look and it did say it was tailored so I thought it would be fine. Holy smokes first of all you have any bust. This absolutely will not work and I would probably have to wear a double XL in the shirt just to have it fit sadly it was final sale so I’m out the money. Complete waste frustrating because one company should not have that much variation in their sizing!"

"I am turning 60 and I wanted to try a new brand of quality clothing that was stylish and classic but comfortable. F and E has been perfect for quality slow fashion that I can throw on and feel put together. The Barry was suggested for a trip we are taking this summer to Scandinavia. I just loved the subtle detail of the tan stripes on a classic white cotton button down. The fabric is beautiful crisp cotton that so soft to the touch. This piece holds its structure it’s not flowy and can wrinkle pretty easily. I may not bring with me for that reason but it’s a true winner to throw on if you want to looked polished. I got lots of compliments when I wore on a dinner date."

"My first Barry shirt and it’s my new favorite fit. I’m 5’10”, 145 lbs and my Eileen shirts I love but are a lot more fabric than I need, so I just tank underneath and they are great. But Barry still gives me a loose fit without all the volume. Sleeve length is great too - I can wear them button as designed, but I love the rolled up look as I’ve been doing it all my life because of my long arms. Classic look and great fit! Thank you!!"
