Return Policy

If you’re not madly in love with your purchase, Frank & Eileen is here to help.

Whether you shopped online or at our flagship store in New York City, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the shipment date (for online orders) or 30 days of purchase (for in-store orders), as long as the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags still attached. Items must not have been purchased on final sale. Proof of purchase is required and items must have been purchased at frankandeileen.com or at our flagship store. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at a wholesale partner or third party retailer. Returns must be initiated through our online portal at returns.frankandeileen.com or at our store.

Online Orders (U.S. & International)

U.S. Orders

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date. 

A return shipping & handling fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund when you use our return portal. There is no handling fee when you make the return at our flagship store in New York City. You may exchange up to two times at no cost within the 30-day return window. Free returns are available to Loyalty Tier customers. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not use our Return Portal to initiate your return or exchange, your return may be refused or your refund may be delayed for up to 6 months. If you use your own return label, we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders

Return shipping fees range from $14 to $20 USD, depending on your country. We do not offer exchanges for international orders at this time. Loyalty Tier customers are eligible for free international returns—please email customercare@frankandeileen.com for assistance.

In-Store Purchases (U.S. Only)

You may return or exchange eligible items at our flagship Frank & Eileen Store in NYC within 30 days of purchase. If returning in store, please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above. If you provided an email address at the time of in-store purchase, you may return online through our return portal at returns.frankandeileen.com.

Please Note

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through a wholesale partner or third-party retailer. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Items returned outside of the policy window or in non-returnable condition may be sent back to the customer. Frank & Eileen is not responsible for non-Frank & Eileen items returned to us.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Any orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025 are eligible for return through January 31, 2026. All orders are subject to our Return Policy above.

Return Policy for Travel Sets: Travel Sets must be returned with both pieces together. These garments are hand-dyed in small batches and cut from the same fabric production to ensure there aren’t any color variations. For this reason, we require both the top and bottom pieces be returned together. 

Yes! You may return or exchange per the guidelines listed in our policy above.  

We offer 2 free exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for international orders at this time.

Please note that when returning an exchange item, refunds will be processed to your original payment up to 60 days after your original purchase. Any exchanges that are returned after this window will be refunded to a gift card as a store credit. 

Exchange Policy for Travel Sets: Travel Sets must be exchanged with both pieces together. These garments are hand-dyed in small batches and cut from the same fabric production to ensure there aren’t any color variations. For this reason, we require both the top and bottom pieces be exchanged together and cannot provide an exchange for parts of a set.

Please note that refunds can take up to 12 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s). We will send an email notification once your refund has been processed.

All final sale items or products that are marked final sale on the product's page cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. 

Certain exceptions apply to UK purchases under UK regulation. For those orders, please reach out to us customercare@frankandeileen.com.

For international orders, please click here to set up your return. You can then pack up your item(s) and drop off your return box with the label provided at your nearest DHL Express.

Orders can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date. All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and not final sale. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Please note that a return fee of between $14 and $20 USD (depending on the country of origin) will be deducted from your refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you happen to be traveling and able to access our flagship store in NYC, we can process your international return there.

Receive a gift that’s not quite your cup of tea? Click the ‘Start Gift Return Here’ button here to initiate your gift exchange. The original gift-giver will not be made aware unless you tell them, of course. You can then package up your return and drop it off at a USPS.
