Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

Beautiful dress but F&E sizes are indeterminate

"Love this dress. Fabric is beautiful and not too bulky at the waist. I do have the white version from last year in size M and there is no difference between the two sizes. I am a 30G bra size and it fits without clinging, though if you’re in the US and can return things easily, I’d recommend trying the XS. Very long, though. I had to have it taken up at least 5” as I’m 5’1”"

"I knew I would love this impeccably styled dress when I saw it & I do! It fits great and feels like a dream. The soft medium blue color is spot on and the fabric is soft and comfortable. I did see in the description that F&E headed customer reviews & have less fabric in the “skirt” part but if I had one criticism it is that it is still slightly too voluminous and the extra fabric makes it feel a little heavy to wear; feels like it’s pulling on my shoulder a tad. But it’s subtle & I feel just the right amount of pulled together in this winner of a dress! Headed reviews that said it runs large & got the right size for me."
