Rooted in everyday practicality, our signature Famous Denim exterior and interior lining adds a perfectly imperfect, lived-in feel. Note the diamond quilted pattern, hidden side seam pockets for a clean, flattering front, handy pen pocket, and sleek snap button placement.

BUST
Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
Pro Tip: Keep your favorite undergarment on while you measure to get the most accurate number.
NATURAL WAIST
Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
HIP
Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.
Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.
INSEAM
Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.
Pro Tip: Measuring with shoes on lets you see the full picture and ensures your pants fall exactly where you want them.

"I love this jacket however it is too big even when I ordered a XS. to change it to an XXS however they were sold out. I am sad as it was an investment piece for me - it looks large on my frame. I mmay get it altered so I get the wear out of it. Frank & Eileen are my favorite brand and I even did the sizing quiz but still ended up with the wrong size. I think you need to size down two sizes with this jacket if you are a petite frame."

"I would like the breast pocket to be wider and I would like the snaps to be bigger. I ordered a medium (i am 5’5” a 150 lbs) and it is still huge on me. I probably should have ordered a small. Other than those things, I love the quilted denim and the deep side pockets and i suspect this will be my new “goto” jacket for my outdoor adventures."

"I originally purchased my jacket in size M, which is the size of my Eileen shirts. After trying it on a couple more times, I realized that I needed to go to a size S because without a an extra layer underneath, it was going to be too roomy. My exchange was processed with lightning speed, and I love my size S as much as, if not more, than the size M in my previous review. I'm hoping to save someone having to do an exchange--although F&E makes exchanging super easy!"

"When I first saw the new jacket displayed I knew it was something I wanted. The price was pricey, even for F&E. Because of cost I gave the purchase considerable thought before buying it. The jacket is very well made, it is very cute. It is heavier than I expected but will work well for N CA cold days. I wear a medium. The jacket is more oversized than expected or appears in the photos. I am torn on whether to return it or not because of the over sizing. Will a small be too small? I want it to be oversized but maybe not this much. I would rate the jacket a 5 if I was more confident in the sizing and the price."

"Love this jacket! So easy and comfortable to throw on! Definitely runs large. Normally I’m a small/medium. I ordered the small but it’s quite large I could have even gone with a XS. F&E should really design some other colors - perhaps blue denim with corduroy collar and cuffs or vintage white quilted denim with tan collar. Great piece!"
