  • Our cotton is spun, dyed, and woven into fabric at our Italian partner’s denim mill, which is located on a European nature preserve. Once it reaches sunny California, the final steps—cutting, sewing, dyeing, and hand-finishing—are all completed within a 25-mile radius.
  • We recommend washing separately in cold water before the first wear to prevent any color transfer. After that, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low.

Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

NATURAL WAIST

Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

Pro Tip: Measuring with shoes on lets you see the full picture and ensures your pants fall exactly where you want them.

"I am crazy happy with these shorts. I am wearing them until snow starts falling! Long sleeve shirts Sweaters My mini Belfast I must say I think the price for these is a bit high. However I can see the work involved in making them. I have had them on since they arrived very quickly and I washed them They wash very nicely. I wash Put in low heat dryer for a bit then hang to finish drying. As always customer service makes buying from F and E fun I am 78 and these look great on me! They definitely run large. I got a 6. I usually wear a medium"

"I have purchased MANY pieces from F&E over the years and wear them routinely. The denim Waterford was a first disappointment. The stretch denim does not feel to be the quality for the price. The button at the waist was loose at first wear and will need to be secured better. I have the linen Waterford short in 3 colors and they are great!"
