If you are not completely satisfied with your newest styles, please return them to us within 30 days (from ship date) for a refund. All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.
To start, visit us at returns.frankandeileen.com and follow the prompts to submit your return and print a pre-paid UPS return label. Be sure to use the same email address as used to originally place your order.
Please ship all returns within 15 days of creating your label. The pre-paid UPS label will be cancelled after 15 days.
The cost of return shipping, $8 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund. You are welcome to ship your package with a carrier of your choice at your own expense.
Upon receipt of returned goods, frankandeileen.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Frank & Eileen is not responsible for returns that are not received.

Did you order using a promo code? If you are returning your order in its entirety, you will be credited the actual dollar amount charged to the credit card, not including any promotional value. In the event of a partial return, the discount amount will be split among the items ordered and credited accordingly.
All items marked final sale cannot be returned at any time. Thank you for understanding.
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please account for time in transit and weekends when estimating when your return will be complete. Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Not quite the perfect fit? Simply select 'too small' or 'too large' as your return reason on returns.frankandeileen.com. You will be prompted to pick your preferred size. Print your UPS return label and promptly mail back the size that didn't work. We will ship your new size as soon as the returning package ships back to us.
Please note that when returning an exchange item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method up to 60 days after your original purchase. Any exchanges that are returned after this window, will be refunded to a gift card as store credit.

Instant Refunds in the form of a gift card code, are automatically issued upon submission of your return request. Instant Refunds can be used as a voucher to immediately shop the site for something you'll love even more.
Enter the Instant Refund code into the gift card code field at checkout to redeem. Any orders placed using Instant Refunds that are of greater value than your original order, will require an additional payment method to cover the balance.
Any unused or partially used Instant Refunds will be voided upon completion of your return. The balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
