Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
HIP
Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.
Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.
INSEAM
Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

"I wanted to love this as much as I do my other Tuscany sets. The top fit fine through the shoulders, although the arms are a bit smaller. There is no gaping at the bust but unlike my linen Tuscany sets, the velvet placket slides above the top button providing occasional glimpses of bra, it’s either place a snap there or wear a plunging bra. The pocket on the left breast was lumpy and distorted; no amount of smoothing would make it lay flat. When I flipped it inside out to investigate, the excess fabric from around the seams had not been trimmed (see photo) so my dress maker fixed it. Unlike the linen Tuscany set, the waste band of the pants is very tight making it hard to get over my hips but fine once in place. F&E was out of my size so there was no option to replace for a new set before Xmas. I am seconding the other comments about matching buttons, I knew prior to purchase that I would replace them myself, but I just saw a teaser that F&E would be matching buttons to fabric color in the future?! A button rebate for those who want it would be a nice gesture. poor workman"

"Beautiful Bordeaux color. Compared to the Eileen flannel in the same size I found the upper arms slightly smaller on the velvet version, but it still fits. I wish the buttons were color matched to the fabric. I replaced the white buttons on this shirt with Bordeaux colored buttons."
