  • Our traceable cotton is spun, dyed, and woven into fabric at our Italian partner’s denim mill, which is located on a European nature preserve. Once it reaches sunny California, the final steps—cutting, sewing, dyeing, and hand-finishing—are all completed within a 25-mile radius.
  • Turn this garment inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and delicate dry low or hang dry. Avoid using high heat.

Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

NATURAL WAIST

Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

"Impatiently waiting for more colors in this perfect pant. My obsession started with the black, then the antique white, and the 1999 wash rounded out my wardrobe. For me the crop hits at my ankle bone and it’s a perfect flair without being too dramatic. Add a Finley and a sweater, with ballet flats or mules and you have the perfect outfit for travel, work or errands. Like other reviewers I have wished for pockets, but think it could add bulk so I rely on a crossbody sling bag, or the perfect phone size pockets on the Dublin or Belfast. Keep them coming, F&E!"

"I am a long time customer of F&E. These pants fit very differently than any pant I have purchased from F&E (and I have bought MANY over the years). I had to go up 2 sizes in order for them to not be tight in the hip area. I just purchased the Galway in an 8 which are perfect and these pants I finally landed on a 12. I had just rid my closet of 10 pairs of F&E pants size 10 and 12 since I recently lost weight. I will keep them, however, they are not my favorite."
