Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

Pro Tip: Keep your favorite undergarment on while you measure to get the most accurate number.

NATURAL WAIST

Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

"I love this blouse. It's the second time I've bought it. The first time I bought it from Nordstrom and that's how I came to know the brand and have since ordered multiple sweaters online from Frank and Eileen directly. Funny story about the blouse. "This Eileen is great! The sizing appears to have been updated and this new Medium is so much better! (I would call it a ‘Smedium’) and I love the added button above the wrist at the forearm. It makes a small one sleeve roll stay up better. This color is also BEAUTUFUL! I would call it something in between a dirty rose and a dusty orangey pink. Very flattering color. Seasonal F&E colors have a tendency to sell out quickly, so if you are ‘thinking about it’ I wouldn’t wait! I really hope the updates to the Eileen shirt (listed above) are going to be across all of their Eileens! The sizing is something I have been hoping for!"

"I really like these shirts. The fit is excellent, the fabric feels premium, and while they’re expensive, I think they’re worth it. My only suggestion is to make the inside seams and stitching softer. The horizontal seam across the upper back, in particular, feels quite stiff and can rub against the skin. Smoother, softer seam finishing would make the shirts even more comfortable. Overall, I’m very happy with the shirts—this is just one area where I think they could be improved."
