Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

"I have about 6 Eileens and they all have a purpose. My first was a denim Eileen in L, this is great for the regular oversized fit as promised. My second was a linen L, this fit a little larger than the denim, but still ok with my linen Jameson. I recently purchased a L red plaid in the late summer collection and it fits a little smaller than the original denim L. Recently I purchased the latest dark denim in the late summer collection in a M and I like how it fit. A little more shape without buttons being challenged. My latest is the Eileen in the triple fleece in M and this too is appropriately fitted. I could’ve purchased a L to wear tees under it - but I don’t often wear my Eileens open. I LOVE them all!"
