BUST
Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

NATURAL WAIST
Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
HIP
Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.
Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.
INSEAM
Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.
Pro Tip: Measuring with shoes on lets you see the full picture and ensures your pants fall exactly where you want them.

"Love the way this sweater feels. I usually get a Large in F&E tops but after reading the reviews about the tightness of the neck, I ordered the XL and I'm glad I did (since it was final sale!) It is plenty roomy through the body but doesn't look sloppy and I didn't find the neck to be uncomfortable at all. I will enjoy this sweater a lot once the weather cools off! In fact, I think I'm going to order another one on sale!"

"This is a great sweater! Versatile. Casual enough to wear with jeans or knit pants, but dressy enough to wear for work-at-home. I purchased the gray melange and it's a staple wardrobe piece. I waited until I washed it, to see if it would hold up, before purchasing another color. I washed it on the gentle cycle, air dried it for a short period of time in the dryer, and then hung it on a rack to finish drying. It washed perfectly - no shrinkage, no issues. Definitely purchasing a second color. Maybe even a third. :)"

"This was my first Monterey sweater purchase. On the positive side, the material is soft and warmer than expected. It’s a good three season weight for the Midwest. Heather Gray is a pretty and versatile color. On the disappointing side, I once again was recommended the wrong size by the F&E “size quiz. ” My recommendation was “large” and it’s really big on me. The arms in particular end mid hand. If I ordered again, I’d definitely size down. The F&E quite recommends what customers with similar proportions ordered. I wish I knew how many customers returned because of the incorrect size."

"I take either a Small or Medium in F&E but, based on reviews, I ordered the medium for a comfy fit, and it is perfect. Not to oversized but not fitted. The heathered grey is a nice soft muted color but with tiny neutral accents in the thread to add to its versatility. Great buy on sale!"

"I bought a large because I wanted it to be oversized but it’s not it’s just the perfect size. I’m 5 feet and a half, 153 pounds and I wear pants with a 33 inch inseam. So I’m slightly short waisted or high waisted. Just so you have a sense of my body type when you’re looking at the sweater and trying to figure out what size to get. If you’re tall and have long arms, I would not get smaller than large."
