Inspired by Frank and Eileen's beloved daughter, Shirley is our feminine take on an oversized button-up. When you're craving extra-relaxed comfort, Shirley is your everyday go-to you can rely on, from morning coffee to work and on to dinner.

  • Curved shirttail hem long enough to cover your bum
  • Shaped like a oval with soft shoulders for a more feminine look
  • Oversized chest pocket
  • Signature bust flattering button placement and long sleeves with button cuffs
  • Simone is 5'8" with a 34" bust wearing a size S
  • Famous Denim is hand-dyed and distressed for a one-of-a-kind garment and may vary slightly. Turn this garment inside out, machine wash on cold with like colors, and tumble dry on low.
  • This “legendary” denim is hand-finished by artisans in California, featuring one-of-a-kind details—and it only grows softer with every wash.
  • 100% Cotton. Our cotton is sourced, spun, dyed, and woven in Egypt, then cut, sewn, and finished right here in California.
  • We recommend washing separately in cold water before the first wear to prevent any color transfer. After that, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low.

BUST

Wrap a soft measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

Pro Tip: Keep your favorite undergarment on while you measure to get the most accurate number.

NATURAL WAIST

Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

Pro Tip: Measuring with shoes on lets you see the full picture and ensures your pants fall exactly where you want them.

"The denim version of the Shirley is much shorter than the other fabric options! Beautiful fabric and super soft. I bought an XXS, I’m 160 and 5’10. It’s roomy, not huge, so it doesn’t look like a sac, it’s still long but definitely not as long as the other Shirley shirts in the same size…"

Black denim Shirley is a must!

"I just received the Shirley black denim shirt and absolutely love it! This is an addition to my collection of several Shirley shirts. The Shirley black denim is, by far, my favorite! It is so soft, stylish, does not seem to run as large as my others that are the same size and is very comfortable. I am hoping for more colors in the Shirley denim to become available. Great everyday white shirt

"I love the weight, the sizing, and the look! I wish F&E would make more shirts AND pants with generous fits so that us gals who have figures could wear more of their clothes. I'm a size 16-18 and like my clothes a bit oversized and to cover my rear. The Shirley fit great! Sadly not much else from F&E does - either too short or too small. If they'd make larger sizes, I'd own so much more!"
