Stand up straight and relax your stomach, then wrap a soft measuring tape at the midway point between the bottom of your ribcage and your hip bone. Avoid pulling the measuring tape too tightly.

HIP

Stand with your feet hips width distance and flat, then wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest point of your hip.

Pro Tip: Sitting down while you take this measurement ensures accuracy and provides added comfort for the best fit.

INSEAM

Use a soft measuring tape to measure from the highest point of your inner thigh to the bottom of where the pant will hit. For instance, if the inseam is 27”, you’ll measure 27” down.

"I have a couple of Waverly button downs and I really love this Pattern. The tan Multi black stripe is an absolute wardrobe must! I really needed the XS, but it was sold out and bc I really love the pattern I just went ahead and ordered the small. It's a bit big, but I am going to make it work and hopefully the XS may come back into stock at some point!"

Not for large busted women

"I have been spoiled by wearing Frank and Eileen’s wonderful Eileen style shirts. I wear a 36DD bra and with the Eileen style there is no gaping across the bust. I purchased the terrific tan and black stripe Waverly in an XS, the size same size I wear my Eileen shirts in. I loved this pattern and was so confident it would fit that I didn’t even try it on before leaving the store. When I put it on for work I realized that the Waverly gaped across the bust, unlike my Eileens. Otherwise the shirt fit perfectly. I exchanged it for a size small and the same thing happened, when I moved my arms the shirt gaped even though it was oversized everywhere else. I am sad that this style didn’t work for me."
