Paro Kitchari with Spinach and Egg

  • 1 package Paro Kitchari
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tbsp Paro Tarka
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

  • INSTRUCTIONS
    INGREDIENTS

    1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil
    2. Add contents of Kitchari, stir and cook 20 minutes
    3. Add two bunches of spinach, cook down for 3-4 minutes
    4. Add an egg and cover the pot to allow the egg to cook through fully
    5. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of Paro Tarka, add a pinch of salt, and enjoy
