Paro Kitchari with Spinach and Egg

- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil
- Add contents of Kitchari, stir and cook 20 minutes
- Add two bunches of spinach, cook down for 3-4 minutes
- Add an egg and cover the pot to allow the egg to cook through fully
- Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of Paro Tarka, add a pinch of salt, and enjoy
