AUDREY: There's nothing better than sitting down and catching up with women I admire over 'a cuppa’ strong Irish tea. 'A Cuppa With' is my way of sharing these incredible women and their stories with our F&E audience in the same relaxed, intimate way we chat in real life.

F&E: You trained as an engineer, what motivated you to start a fashion brand?
AUDREY: I've always loved button-ups as my go-to uniform, and it bugged me that men's shirting was so much more elevated than women's. Frank & Eileen was born late one night when I decided to re-invent the button-up for women by partnering with one of the oldest mills in Italy. More than a decade later, I am just as passionate about button-ups and have enjoyed every minute of developing hundreds, maybe thousands, of textiles in this small town in Italy.

AUDREY: When I started Frank & Eileen, I put my head down and focused on building the kind of company and brand that I wanted to see in the world. It was a long, slow, organic build with no investors. Thirteen years later, the COVID-19 quarantine gave us the gift of our most valuable resource, time. We used that time to go through the rigorous process of becoming B Corp-certified so that we could communicate to our team, our partners, and our beloved customers the standards at which we operate every day.
